safe did not work. although room 214 was at the back of the hotel, there was noise throughout the night from other buildings.

Excellent location in centre of Zaragoza, walking distance of sites.

The lift wasn't working properly, our room smelt of stale smoke (but it was a "no smoking"room) and we were unable to pay by card because their machine wasn't working.

    • Older travelers

Excellent location at historic core beside all the important monuments and museums and galleries; three or four paces from the busy attractive central plaza; good restaurants and bars within walking distance.Hotel staff could not have been more helpful, all staff cheerful and welcoming, key staff on reception spoke excellent English and gave good advice about the city when requested..Good value for money in these difficult times.Good breakfast.Overall experience pleasant hassle free stay.It is important to note that this is a Spanish city away from the normal tourist areas and therefore a basic knowledge of Spanish is required in bars, restaurants and shops.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the elevator was noisy.

The hotel has a very good situation in the town.

In the centre of the city. Exellent for shopping and visiting cultural monuments.. Fair price.

Terrible noisy from other rooms and lift. I don't know about other rooms, but my room specificaly was cold.

central location with central underground parking (you just need to warn the guests that the vehicle height restriction is about 2m in the car park - we have a small campervan which went in ok)

    • Couple

The location of the hotel is great: it's right next to Plaza del Pilar and couldn't be more central! There are loads of bars and restaurants around. Our room was bigger and nicer than what you'd expect from a 3 star city hotel. Great value for money!

We arrived by car and the GPS couldn't find the hotel as it is in an "unreachable area". But I guess the hotel shouldn't be blamed for being extremely central. When arriving by car, I recommend parking your car in one of the many parkings nearby (the fees are pretty much the same in all parkings) and then just walk over Plaza del Pilar, the hotel is right at the end.

The location is perfect when You like to see the city Zaragoza. There is an parking nearby and the price fair. We liked the minibar in the room to keep our own stuff.

We speak Spanish, nevertheless the staf was not very responsive, a bit apathetic. The room was very small, en very stuffy. We had no air-conditioning. The corridors are narrow and does not give you a safe feeling in case of a emergency. If you are a bit claustrophobic, this hotel is not for You. Very noicy, you can hear much from you neighbor-guests

    • Couple

The location of the hotel was great, right in the central plaza of the city. Clean room. Parking facility nearby.

The hotel staff spoke only Spanish which I think is not ok for a hotel, luckily my wife speaks a little Spanish. The was very much noise coming from the street and a strong smell of fish (rotten) coming from the restaurant that was under the window. The hotel is hard to find by car.

    • Older travelers
      10.0

Location: at the corner of main square; spacious twin room with A/C; breakfast (next door because breakfast room was under remodeling): many kinds of pastry, bread, fruits, 2 kinds of salami, toast, butter, jam, honey, juices, coffee/tee - no hot dishes. Street noise is well isolated.

    • Group of friends
      5.4

      Good location

Local parking was a complete ripoff. €60 to park 4 motorcycles in one parking space for one night. No alternative suggested. Outrageous.

    • Group of friends
      7.8

The Staff were friendly and the location was excellent.

The rooms were tired and there were obvious stains on the bed spread, otherwise it was clean

    • Older travelers
      7.8

The location was the best, around the corner from the plaza where the two cathedrals are located right in the center of the old town. And steps from the roman ruins. The rooms were the largest of all the hotels I have stayed in anywhere in Spain. (still not as large as in the USA but larger than in Spain). The bed was firm which is how I like it, the staff spoke english as well as several other languages. There was a great buffet meal of the day across the street from the hotel and many restaurants up and down every street.

No complaints, maybe an improvement would be a double lock on the doors but really it was the best room we have had in spain as I said above.

Great location, clean, simple, economic and worthy, if you live in this hotel the public parking is very convenience,
